Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery in real-time.

Return, Exchange, and Refund Policies

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days after receiving the goods. 

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been opened, used, or have broken seals/packaging are non-refundable.

  • Please ensure the delivery address is entered correctly. We take no responsibility for deliveries to incorrect addresses.

Failed Delivery & Reshipment Policy

In cases where the order cannot be delivered due to issues related to the customer, the following rules apply:

  • If the product is not delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent address information provided by the customer,

  • If the customer does not pick up the package within the courier’s deadline, resulting in the product being returned to the sender,

  • Or if the non-delivery results from any customer-related responsibility,

then the customer is responsible for the reshipment fee.

The reshipment cost will be calculated based on the product value and current carrier rates, and the exact amount will be provided by our support team before proceeding.

We will only resend the product after the reshipment fee has been paid.
